What happens next

Within minutes of submitting, up to three agents in your base pool receive an alert with your details. During Arizona business hours (Mon-Fri, 8 AM to 6 PM Mountain Time), you should receive between one and three calls within an hour. You may also receive a text confirming the match.

You are not obligated to take every call. Talk to whichever agent picks up first or whichever feels right when you call them back. The other agents step back.

If for any reason no agent connects within 4 business hours, the lead escalates to James Sanson, who will reach out personally to make sure your situation is handled.

For submissions outside business hours, you should receive the first call by the next business morning.

What heroSOLD does: heroSOLD operates an aggregator platform that connects military families with vetted PCS-specialized listing agents on the Real Broker, LLC network. We focus on military home-selling: PCS sales, deployment-affected sales, hardship situations, divorce-related sales, and remote sales after the family has moved. We do not advise on tax treatment, mortgage qualification, deployment legal logistics, or financial-planning questions; those conversations belong with your CPA, lender, base legal or JAG office, and financial advisor. Out-of-state requests are routed through Real Military, Real Broker's nationwide military-specialist network.

Important disclosures

No agent-client or fiduciary relationship from this form. Submitting this form expresses interest in being matched with a licensed agent. It does not create an agent-client, advisor-client, attorney-client, or fiduciary relationship between you and heroSOLD, James Sanson, any matched agent, or Real Broker, LLC. An agent-client relationship is established only when you sign a written listing agreement (or buyer representation agreement) with a specific licensed agent. Until then, you are under no obligation, and neither is any matched agent.

What "vetted" means. Agents on the heroSOLD platform are independent licensees with Real Broker, LLC who have indicated military-specialist experience and commitment to PCS-driven sales. Vetting consists of Real Broker membership in good standing (which requires active state real estate licensing and adherence to Real Broker compliance standards) plus self-attested military-experience qualifications. heroSOLD does not independently verify every credential each agent represents beyond Real Broker's onboarding standards. You may and should ask any matched agent for their license number, brokerage details, recent PCS-sale experience, and references before signing any agreement.

Referral fee disclosure. heroSOLD is operated by James Sanson as a marketing platform of the James Sanson Team at Real Broker, LLC. When you are matched with another agent through this platform, James or heroSOLD may receive an internal referral fee from the matched agent's commission at closing. All such referrals occur within Real Broker, LLC and follow Real Broker's internal referral schedule. This is an internal-brokerage referral, not a third-party payment for the referral of settlement-service business; it does not constitute a kickback or fee-splitting arrangement prohibited by Section 8 of the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA, 12 USC 2607). Referral fees do not change the commission you pay; they are a split of the agent's commission, not an additional charge to you.

Out-of-state requests. If you submit with a base outside Arizona, your information will be routed through Real Military, Real Broker, LLC's nationwide military-specialist network. James will personally make the referral to a Real Military agent licensed in your destination market within one business day. The 1-hour AZ pool callback timing does not apply to out-of-state requests; out-of-state response times follow the destination agent's availability.

Contact consent (TCPA). By submitting this form, you authorize heroSOLD, James Sanson, and the matched agents in your base pool to contact you at the phone number and email you provide, including by phone calls, text messages, automated dialing systems, prerecorded or artificial voice messages, and SMS delivery platforms. This consent applies regardless of any do-not-call list status. Consent is not a condition of receiving services or information; you can request information without consenting to contact by emailing help@herosold.com instead. Message and data rates may apply per your wireless carrier's plan. Message frequency varies based on the activity of your matched agents (typically 0 to 5 messages in the first week following submission). You may reply STOP at any time to opt out of text messages, or HELP for help with text messaging.

Privacy and data handling. The information you submit (name, email, phone, base, timeline, need, optional notes) is shared with up to three matched agents in your base pool (or the Real Military referral coordinator for out-of-state requests) and with James Sanson as platform operator. We do not sell your information to third parties, share it with data brokers, or use it for advertising. We retain submission records for compliance and quality-assurance purposes consistent with Arizona Department of Real Estate record-retention requirements (typically five years from the date of last activity).
